RUE MAG: A Scandinavian Modern Home In LA

Normally, homes built in the 1930s offer cherished architectural features that are to be preserved. But when ALLPRACE, a design/landscaping/build company based in LA, came across this dilapidated home constructed in 1939 there was nothing to be salvaged. The 750 square foot structure lacked proper flooring, a kitchen, and any kind of architectural charm. In a word, it was a “teardown”. However, Shanty Wijaya of ALLPRACE saw potential.
