Being a widow and deciding to sell my large home and purchase a garden home, this book seemed to make a lot of sense to me. Even though I wasn’t breaking up with a rental — it was inspiring and gives you a ton of practical information!!! I don’t know that I would be investing in any other real estate at my age, but for someone who is younger than myself, it would be a good inspiration for moving forward and handling investments. Book is so full of useful information for investing in property.”
